Labour board or no?

Many coworkers would like to call the labour board on our boss.:
She threatened to sue him for a million dollars because He misplaced the keys to our building (which he found 15 mins later). She said it would cost a million dollars to re-key everything. She also said he would be fired if he did not find them. HA!
She changes the schedule very often. Sometimes we will get a new schedule in the middle of the week and be expected to work that weekend even if our previous schedule says we had it off. Then if someone doesn’t show up because they didn’t know we had a new schedule (the day after we received a schedule) then she suspends them.
She has her “favorites”. She tells them everyone else’s business. Eg when she took a double payment for the car I was paying off I told her I could not work the site she wanted me to because I could not afford plates for my car, and I received a message from a guy I work with asking how much my plates were. She will forward emails from other coworkers to her “favorites” and they will laugh and talk about those people behind their backs.
These “favorites” get treated differently and better than anyone else. I work at a building and “government services” (mobile security) is not to be at any site they aren’t supposed to be at. This building is one of them. Yet when her “favorite” is working, she will send them here to check on us. Her contract with “government services” says they are not to be at any building not on their list of buildings to check.
The other day when my coworker lost the keys, she sent one of her “favorites” to our building to write him up. He wasn’t even on duty or in a uniform! Our contract with this company states we are not to have any unauthorized people behind the security desk, yet when my coworker got back to the desk after a patrol, this guy she sent to write him up was sitting behind the desk. Again, not on duty or in uniform.
As for quitting, I wish I could but I am pregnant and am due on August. If I quit, I can kiss my EI goodbye. An I cannot afford that. She has no idea I hate her guts. I will play along with her games As long as I have to. I will NOT be returning to this company.
Any thoughts?

It won’t be me calling. A few coworkers would like to call. I said I would find out some info but I would not be in on it
