Problem about 3 weeks ago AOL blocked the sending of

e-mail from my web site serve Breederoo (web site Kismetswissies.com from the e-Mail comes from address (email removed) to my E-mail site (email removed)). I have made 10 previous contact with AOL (Three by phone seven online on line) I have not received any notice from AOL about the problem or has it been fixed. It still isn’t working. I tested myself. It still doesn’t work. AOL put the block on the Breedersite with out my request to do so. this is a problem AOL has created and can’t seem to fix or let me know why they can’t.I need AOL to take the block off. I am a member and pay a monthly fee. I have some very angry people because they can’t get their application or E-mail through. You are costing me money lost and angry coustomers for having ignored their contacts.

WE now have atleast 5 reports filed on the problem. All the tech can say it is a problem that only the postmaster can correct. The postmaster will not contact me unless they nee additional information. AOL has done nothing to correct the problem and has noone has contacted me. I have send reoprts to aol complanted on every site I could. Still nothing. Is AOL so Incompetent and unconcerned that they just don’t care? I really don’t fell like a valued coustomer or that aol cares or is trying to correct the problem theey created.

My suggestion is to GIVE UP.

AOL is a free thing with millions of customers and they don’t care about you. You aren’t a “valued customer!” Accept that.

Try paying for internet/email and use a mail program like Safari or Firefox. Or even Internet Explorer.

Ooops, I meant Thunderbird, not Safari.
