I feel like i’m in the middle of a road during a dark night and I have no idea which direction to go.

The road is my life. and lord knows there have been a lot of bumps on it. Now i find out i have ASD. and i’m happy to finally get the diagnosis. but it bringing up more problems. more things i don’t understand. And right now. i’m just sitting here. doing 2 much thinking.

Try not to look at all of the things in your life you consider “bad” and try looking at only the things that are good, youll quickly start to realise that theres a lot more things to be happy about rather than being down

Wish it was that easy. but the things i force myself to forget flood into my memory and each time it feels like the dam just broke. Each memory hurts as much as it did the day it happened. Friends Leaving after promising I could trust them. After promising they would be there.AFTER LIEING TO ME.The more I try to trust ppl, the more these memories flood in and the more I wish to either just go cold or go back to my old self.

Just hold on, the lord knows you and what he is doing, he loves you the same as everyone no matter what. Keep your thoughts positive and stay around friends you’ll be okay

no…i’m not bringing any more ppl down. I’m not going through the pain of ppl lieing to me. I just gotta beat it outta my head and forget it all.
