That translation provided by this previous anon seems mechanical.

I would rather say…
“Tienes la novia mas mejor de todo el tiempo (of all time), en caso que no sabias”

Thats seems a little less mechanical to me.
That word in english “ever”, is a difficult word to translate into spanish.
Much depends on the precise occasion and context of the word for a proper meaning into spanish.

The only change I would make is that it’s not grammatically correct to use “mas mejor” — I would say something like “mas maravillosa” o “mas increible”. Also — I might include a “de” — so it would be “en caso de que no sabias”. Although “supieras” is also appropriate, since it is uncertain whether or not you know that your girlfriend is the best, so you can use subjunctive.
