Is there really love that you can feel so deeply you don’t even question it?

I’m not talking about love for a child or for family, I’m talking about pure uninhibited love with a significant other.

There may be a love you can feel so deeply you don’t even question it. There is not a love I feel so deeply I do not even question it. Except for my kids, but that is not what you mean.

Yes I will always question it too. Except for the kid.

Same said. “Feel-good” love only lasts so long. Then it becomes work to forebear ones temper.

i believe so. i don’t question my boyfriend’s love for me at all. it’s hard to when he tell me i’m beautiful, wonderful, and sexy every single day and is always respectful and thoughtful. we’ve been together for 2 years, and it’s only gotten stronger.

Maybe if one finds their “soul mate.” Otherwise, I don’t believe it’s possible.

I believe the beauty of our existence is our ability to love. It is not only obvious in human but is for other animals as well. Having love for someone who is a family member or a child is always a given but unconditional love for someone else? I believe this is possible. However, this is not something I can say is totally 100% possible. From experience I have seen maybe of my older relatives who have been married for 50+ years and they still look at each other with so much love. I hope one day I would be able to find someone else to love and I sure help everyone else can to. This world needs more love and there are so many people out there willing to give it. We just have to give our time and energy to wait for it and give it!

Ditto.. lol

I know, for one, that once I give my love to someone, it never goes away, even if life should take us in different directions. And once my heart has made a conscious, clear choice to be united to another and “fully” committed in every aspect, to our relationship and life together, that’s just the way it’s going to be… Love just keeps growing stronger and more beautiful, when both people involved feel that exact same way about each other.
