boyfriend help: PMS I made a horrible mistake last night. - Help.com

PMS I made a horrible mistake last night.

During a bad bout of PMS I broke up with my perfect boyfriend, only to immediately beg him back. 3 weeks out of the month I am 100% in love and the 4th week he gets under my skin and I’m clingy and insecure. He knows how I get has been very patient and understanding up until now (we’ve been dating for 2 years). I’ve tried councling, Prozac, and herbal remedies. 5HTP was wonderful and held me over flawlessly for 4 months, but this month it suddenly stopped working. My boyfriend has always said I have nothing to worry about and that we are wonderful together, but now he’s saying that he has doubts about our relationship and needs time to himself. He wants to see me either sat or sunday, but doesn’t want me to try to contact him until then. I’m super worried. I know that I can’t keep using my hormones as an excuse. What should I do?

What kind? I’ve tried several brands and they all seem to make me worse. Like I’m constantly PMSing until I get to the blank pills. I can’t seem to tolerate them.

Have you tried apple cider vinegar?! I didn’t know people used it for that. I wonder if the tablets are just as effective.

A teaspoon in a glass of water tastes surprisingly delicious. But it has to be organic apple cider vinegar (Bragg’s if possible). No I haven’t tried it for PMS.

I don’t get PMS that often but usually if i feel mentally bad I just try to avoid any discussions where I might overreact or say something I’ll regret. I do that until my mental pain is gone and it actually works for me. I’m not sure if it will work for you, but you can try. Just try to relax, i mean it’s all in your head. Sometimes i hate my mind for that reason :/

I’m hoping he gives me another chance to try. I’m so miserable right now.
