So lately I’ve gone through some tough times at work, a new guy started and it has been clear he’s gunning for my spot.

Not only that but someone above me is like his best friend. He ratted me out for having a key to the building, which I’m not supposed to have. My boss met with me and said he would meet again after the weekend. And its been an entire week since we first met. He doesn’t return phone calls and he’s never at the office. Idk what to do. I started looking for jobs elsewhere but no luck yet

I’m sorry this is happening to you. The best advice I can give is to do everything you can to be the best employee you are able to be, and let the chips fall.
