So this girl I know is with this guy a lot. He’s always going over to her place and when I see her out he’s always there. She says she doesn’t have a boyfriend though. Yesterday I was with her and her friend and her friend asked her what was going to happen between them when she moved away? She said probably nothing, or something like that. Why does she say she doesn’t have a boyfriend but her friend asked her that? It seems like she’s lying.

I think she has a nice time with this guy but they never labelled it, most probably her friend is wondering if they will keep in touch or not…if she is going to want to label it before she leaves or not…

Lke friendlyheart said She and Him most likely just never got around to labelling it, making her ’single’. for all I know she might want it to be more, but because she’s moving she might want to hold back from that.

I agree with friendlyheart. The best possible conjecture would be that they’re just good friends and enjoy the company of each other. Just because a girl spends a lot of time with a guy doesn’t necessarily suggest they’re romantically or sexually involved.

it’s probably nothing serious. to me, a boyfriend means someone you’re exclusively with. she might like spending time with this guy, but she doesn’t consider it serious. and she’s probably open to the idea of really dating someone serious in the future.
