i need help on getting the password to open the door

to save sherry and to create the antigen, get to the VAM machine(i have taken the train and killed all the zombies ect) been stuck on this for ages, please can someone help

What you need to do is when you arrive, of course restore power to the main catwalks. Once you do that, go downt he red lighted path/room. Take the shutter son the left down the veiny ladder. Go into the lab room(opposite of the moth room), deal witht hat and come out. Annette should be there to have a cutscene. She will give you what you need. From there on, you can go to the blue lit area from the main power catwalks early, and go into the VAM room, and use a panel in the back hidden with a turned off light switch to activate the VAM sequence. It’s beena while, but you MAY have to mix certian things like the canister you get or somethign with another non-usable object(usable being herbs, ammo, etc, dont even try)
