Sounds like it might be a middle ear infection. I’d hit up an ENT (Ear Nose Throat) doc pretty quickly, if they can get the swelling down and open up internal drainage you can treat with antibiotics, if not… you might be risking an eardrum rupture… which sucks… believe me.

Its more in my head than ear, my ear will feel sgrange after the sharp pain comes, but it comesin waves of like 5 seconds in between each jolt of pain, you know when you have a migraine and its like a pulsing vein, i feels like My BRAIN is pulsing, like im being stabbed with something.

Does it ‘feel’ hot? (Whether or not it feels hot to the touch, does it just innately ‘feel’ hot?)

If so, I’d suspect infection. If not… I haven’t the foggiest, but if it feels like it is happening ‘under’ your ear… I’d get that $#!% checked asap. You can live without a functional ear… you cannot live very well with what is under your ear malfunctioning.

I’d still suspect a middle-ear infection as the likely culprit. I’d recommend calling around to a few ENTs and see who can see you soonest.
