How can i overcome my bug phobia?
i can’t even kill the bugs! I can only pour water and cleaners to kill them. I can’t step on them or smash them with a tissue and flush them. I think i have the worst case of bug phobia. I also can’t go into my garage to do laundry at night when there are crickets because i think that they willl jump on my feet. Help! i am sooo scared of every bug. ( even spiders) Spiders freak me out! My boyfriend always has to kill them. I make him pissed off when he has to kill all the bugs i see.
how can i kill the bugs?? I have a fly swatter but im tooo scared to use it. Help! how can i overcome my bug phobia?
