Yes it does. to could be nothing but a lack of sleep or a bad diet or not enough exercise, but when your body hurts it hurts for a reason and you need to find out what that reason is because it could be a lot more dangerous tan any of the causes I listed above. I had this a few months back! It turned out to be a trapped nerve type thing, and i was just given some tablets. My symptoms sound very similar to yours-it gets worse whe you put your chin to your chest? Id still go check it with your doctor though. Hope its nothing serious!!
