it pains me to see how “stupid” people can get.

i am sorry and i do not mean to be rude whatsoever. I am not a perfectionist either, but i just wanted to rant about this. ok, so i am a 15 year old girl and my social studies class just wrapped up the Cold War. however, a few days ago we were reviewing about everything we learned. So there is this girl in my class who i find terribly oblivious to everything. My teacher barely calls on people because they usually raise their hands but when my teacher calls on her, her answer is always, “i don’t know” in a really annoying, bored tone. I also remember we had a chart to fill out with different countries and how they played a role in the fall of communism. One of the countries was Lithuania. I seriously wanted to smack the girl i was talking about just before because one, she didn’t know it was in Europe, (she thought it was in Asia) she thought Lithuania was a CITY, and she couldn’t even pronounce it. It isn’t that hard to pronounce! She said it as if it were spelled, “lee-than-ee-ah”
no offense to her but how can she be that stupid! please don’t get me wrong, i know i am not the smartest person in world but can people seriously be that stupid? or is it possible that her endless partying and drinking beer (she posts pics all the time on facebook) cause her to lose some brain cells?

I am always amazed at the level of intelligence of the people who think they are cool. It is usually somewhere below dull normal and above mild retardation.

If you think that’s stupid, try working as a people greeter at Walmart. SO MANY IMBECILES. One woman came in with a cart full of items and I told her people with returns had to get the items tagged by me first. She just stared blankly at me and said “I don’t have any returns.” When I asked her what the items in her cart were, then, she just said “Oh, these are items I’m returning!” I told her that’s what returns are, and she looked utterly shocked. “Really!?” I swear, being around her killed of a good number of my brain cells.

Good rant. Hopefully it will inspire you to stay in school and learn all you can. Then you can hold your head high and not resort to slapping the dumb-*****.
