Hi Experts,
We are facing a problem while upgrading the Netweaver CE Java 7.11 to 7.30 patch level 5 in Phase EXECUTION step START THE SYSTEM FOR JAVA.
The existing system NW CE 7.11 is installed using system copy method export/import in distributed environment and installation was successful without any errors.
While upgrading NWCE 7.11 to 7.30 the EXECUTION phase step START - JAVA SYSTEM step is throwing an error and it is not moving further.
We are using the SUM upgrade tool SP 01 with patch 03. We have gone though the SUM Central note 1591328, in the note it is suggested to restart the step and it will solve the problem, but it is not going further.
Has any one is having solution for this problem, the problem is IGSWD is not starting in the SAP MMC, it is stopped.
