night help: The Dark Knight Rises. - Help.com

The Dark Knight Rises.

I am going to see it opening night, and I am not sure if I should see it at the I-MAX or at an Alamo Draft House. For those who don’t know an Alamo Draft House is like a normal theater with one exception instead of regular seats it has tall chairs with tables and you are able to order and eat food while watching the movie. It is pretty much a movie tavern. The I-MAX, is like a super theater. It is a much larger screen. Thoughts?

At the Draft House I assume they serve ummmm drafts…? Go for the beer buzz. It makes a bad movie not so much a waste of time, and a good movie better.

I’m so excited to see it! I’d go with IMAX so that annoying munching and crunching and rustling and bustling would be less likely to disturb the movie :)

Perhaps I’m wrong but if people drinking brewski’s results in annoying munching and crunching noises, the quality of their drink vendor should be questioned. Immediately!

Sorry guys for not responding until now. :P I haven’t been to the Draft House, but as I understand it, noise is not normally an issue. I also have no interest in the alcohol. I would like to have a nice meal while watching a good movie. By the way I am going to see it with some good friends of mine.

I really wished they got someone better to play batgirl!
Ugh!!! that actress is no good for me,especially after watching her in “love and other drugs” yuck!
