What do you do when you are afraid?

Not afraid of something like the dark, and not neccessarily of the entire future - but afraid of the next day. Afraid of facing the people you have hurt or dissappointed, afraid that all the mistakes you have made will finally swamp together, afraid that no matter what you do nothing is going to change, and that you will go to bed the next night, and the next night, and the one after that feeling the same hopelessness that you do right now. Do you know what I am talking about? Have you ever layed in bed at night, staring at the ceiling, wondering how in the world you got to this point?

Yes, I’ve felt that way and it is always horrid, but somehow, the next day, it never is all that bad. Take a deep breath, everything will be alright. You need to worry about yourself, not others right now. Slow it down, try to relax, and confront your troubles and fears head on tomorrow. It might hurt a little, but you’ve gotten this far, and have probably done a pretty good job, so just try to relax and forgive yourself for making a couple of mistakes. You will be alright :)
