I’m always stressed out, and most time I’m doing in subconciously.

My bf refuses to help around the house and I’m just exhausted. What do I do

LOL…when my room mate refuses to help with the house, I do just the same.
I stop too.
And it works every time.
Of course things get a bit sketchy around the house sometimes, LOL, but then she gets the message and does her part.
And about the stress, yep…we sure can be our own worst enemies huh?
I know that first hand.
I have stressed over things that I have absolutely no control over…and I have
put myself in hospital doing it…sheesh…
Just do whatever you need to do to relax a bit, ok? :)

Wow. You’re like my doppleganger via the internet. Lol I’ve stopped cleaning, he just gets this “whyy isn’t it done yet” look to him. And as far as stress? Idk how to relax. I’m always working cleaning and worrying. My three biggest obstacles lol

do you have problems expressing your emotions, especially ones that are difficult (sadness, anger)?

when you get mad with someone (but don’t know how to talk about it) do you deal with that by cleaning?

like someone said above, I think the feeling of having no control and being worried are related too. I’m not sure if this is what’s going on with you though. can you write more about it and tell how you feel?
