Hard time breathing.

I’ve had a pain in my neck all day that has been increasing. When I breathe in I feel sharp pain in my stomach and right beside my Adams apple. Flexing or turning my neck results in instantaneous pain. Help.

Sounds like you pulled something really. Try icing and heating, taking an ibuprofen. Soak in a warm bath, and maybe have someone massage it out along your neck down to your shoulder and such. If that doesn’t work after a few days and it still is there, I’d see a doc.
