Family help: Tiered of not being able to provide for my family. - Help.com

Tiered of not being able to provide for my family.

All I can do is trust in God. His plan is not visible at the moment. I feel lost and broken. On anxiety meds. It’s like walking in the woods on a cloudy night.

what exactly makes you think there’s a plan in place for you? does the plan include you taking anxiety meds?

I have been humbled so much in the last two years.

When I was growing up… My family had nothing, barley a penny… I didn’t even notice though. I was loved. That made up for the lack of things.. In fact it was better than having new toys, or clothes or even sometimes we didn’t have a car, so I’d ride the bus with my dad. Those were the best journeys of my life. Sat there talking with him..

Money buys things.. Which is nice.

But a family needs love, not cash. Don’t worry about the money, just make sure they all know you love them. Don’t even talk about the lack of money. Spend time with them, enjoy them. The money will come eventually. Don’t waste the years stressing about cash when you have a wonderful family that only need you to be happy for them to be happy.

how have you been humbled? and if so what have you done that makes you think god should punish you so?

I don’t think God is punishing me. My wife has severe medical problems that there are no cure for. She can not work or drive. It’s been over a year since she fist filed for disability. Still haven’t got the help. I have been trying to get a second job no luck. He has a plan just not understanding. I do love my family and they can see that. When I say no money I mean none. None for gas to get to work for anything.

Well I am sorry to hear that…

Unfortunatley I don’t beleive in god. At least not your god… So I can’t say that I agree with the whole ‘plan’ thing…

Make your own plan… If God doesn’t like it I’m sure he will let you know
