Would it be weird if I went on a city break alone?

I feel like I need to get away from here and I’d love to go on holiday, but I have no one to go with. The thing is as well I just really need some time alone for a bit to get my thoughts together. Would that be weird to go away alone? What would I tell people who think I’m a weirdo?

Vacations alone are the best. I used to have a motorcycle and I would go off to the mountains or ocean or just to ride and those were some of my favorite times.
