A small question about asbestos Hi I recently helped to remove some long slate like pieces of hard material.
I wore a dustmask for the majority of the time and gloves (I may have taken them off for a little bit, but I kept them on most of the time) and now I am worried that it might have been asbestos. The slates were long, hard, red and had little fibres at the end when broken. I am now worried that I might die. I only worked around the stuff for about 6 hours altogether and I kept the mask and gloves on. Can anybody give me some information? Thanks
