hi please help so i was talking to someone online and i gave out my info

im an idiot, not only that he found out what i did not tell him,dont know how
then i decided to look for more on this guy and lets just say it was extremely disturbing
now im kinda shocked and worried about my info and he seemed so normal i could never have imagined all this
i feel so stupid now how could i be fooled so easily i swear he seemed so normal
and also he has all my info but i deleted him
so what do i do now cause i cant tell anyone else

Help me with: I feel happy =) For once in a long time I feel peace and like even though everything has gone so bad, and still are bad, I’m strong enough now.
