How do you totally remove Babylon from your system, IE search bar, and other components.

This programs seems to stick like glue and you cannot get rid of pieces. They keep coming back. They stay in you IE and cannot be deleted and lock up you home page. How can this be removed for good. The standard techniques do not work. Tried everything I know how, which is a sizable number including editing register.
