I did a bussiness with a friend.

i invested all earnings of my life. i took huge loan from the bank and from my friends. unfortunately ,my friend deceived me and grabbed all my money. now i am under the burden of huge loan around 50 thousand us dollars. i am unable to find the solution that how to pay back this huge loan to different agencies,persons and banks. kindly suggest me how i will pay back this money. keeping in view that i have nothing with me for bussiness.

If you have anything in writing, you might be able to take your ‘friend’ to court and get some of the money (s)he owes you so you can pay those who you owe back. Other than that, I really don’t know. I’ll invite some people who may have some better ideas.

Get to a lawyer ASAP. Not only does your former business partner need to pay, you need protection from creditors. A lawyer well versed in business law can iron out both sides. And give you some peace of mind.

Yes; see a couple of lawyers tomorrow. Most will give you a free consultation, and seeing more than one will give you some different perspectives and options for how to proceed.
