Want to be healthier and more proactive, but every

time I get active or try to exercise I get really light headed and feel like I am about to faint and feel like my body is on fire. I’m a 19 year old male, about 5′8 and weigh 120 lbs. Reasons this might be happening?

Are you eating and drinking enough water? You may be dehydrated, and although it seems counter intuitive, you should eat a small, protein-based snack (like almonds, a half peanut-butter and jelly sandwich, or a glass of milk) about 30 minutes before exercise. You may also be over-exerting yourself, make sure you take things slowly if you haven’t been very active before.
