Pixel Anomaly

Ok, so i have a 12wx cintiq that has an odd pixel. When the screen is black, the pixel is red. When the screen is red the pixel is black. When the screen is blue, the pixel is green, when the screen is green the pixel is blue. So the pixel does change color, its just changing the wrong color. Is there a way to correct this.
I’ve already tried a RGB cycle on the pixel, it didnt change anything, and since this is a cintiq it has a thick layer of plastic on the screen so i cant use the tap technique.
Any ideas?

That can happen here and there with some pixels, but unfortunately it’s a screen damage beyond repair.
