Meaningfulness is what you have when you make sense of life. When nothing makes sense, everything is meaningless. When you are putting things together and understanding everything better, things are more meaningful. Some of the things that help life to make more sense are:
-lack of anxiety, boredom, negative feelings.
-physical care — good nutrition, oxygen, sleep
-society — friends, family, job, school, fulfilling cultural experience.
