just feel tired really of everything going wrong, tired of feeling lost and tired of being lonely

I’m so sorry to hear that, sweetie. Life can really and truly suck sometimes and it can be so easy to get bogged down, especially when you see other people out there seemingly swimming through life. Believe me, everybody feels a bit lost now and then. We all feel lonely and at some point, everything always goes wrong.

But then for some people, it’s worse, isn’t it honey. I’m really sorry for you and want you to know that you’re really not alone. Lonely, yes but certainly not alone. Take a glance around here - so many people feel the same as you and there are always people here to talk to, to try and help.

Anything specific I can try to help you with?

69? 13? I give up. I don’t feel sad or lonely. In fact I have to ration my time between relatives and friends and my internet addiction…

If more than one person is lonely, then those people could talk to each other and be less lonely. But if only one person is lonely, then I suppose I’ll just talk to myself and occasionally imagine that other people exist somewhere.

I was brutally converted to it by a comment that struck at the heart of my religiousity. But everyone can be president, there’s plenty of space at the top.

That’s very kind of you. I feel like we should try to be friends with the anonymous person who made this post — but, in a way, perhaps an imaginary way, we are just by responding and trying to be helpful.
