How did I become a door mat?
I let a friend move in cause he went through a lot of crap with a girlfriend and ended up homeless. A month or so later we started a relationship, things got weird and we broke it off. He still lives with me, because I didn’t want to kick him out with No place to go. Now only a week or so later I find he’s trying to get with the girl who took his car, and left him homeless with out warning. He’s lied to her about living with me. He tells me he loves me, but that he thinks we both just have too many personal hurdles to over come before we pursue a relationship (starting school, getting things legalized, and other stressful things) He’s even said, he wants to move into a bigger place, than when things are going better for us, try again, but me and my children move with him. However, I don’t understand why, if he feels this way he would be flirting with the ex, he said ruined his life. I feel like I’m being used, played a fool. He says he’s only doing it so she will sign his car back over to him but I don’t believe it. *Le sigh*
