Memories in third person view are fully processed memories, your mind includes your self image in them, which is what you see as yourself in third person.
Recent memories and vivid flashbacks are almost always in first person view because your mind sees them as information that’s still actual.

My memories are actually in first person view, dreams are in 3rd person sometimes though
