Well go to a doctor… U could have depression, or you might be right… Wait a little longer and see if it keeps happening again

I do have depression actually, I was just diagnosed the beginning of this year. I guess waiting and seeing if it keeps going on is a good idea. Thanks :D

you might have bipolar or some bipolar tendencies. I have it too. might be good to see a therapist or psychiatrist to talk about what you’re experiencing and work on some coping skills, etc. to prevent a major episode. best to you!

My mom’s bipolar too. I’m a female and I just say females are unstable creatures. I have learned to steer clear of all the symptoms you just described. Women worry themselves so much, we pretty much drive ourselves crazy. I use to be worried I was bipolar too, but in actuality I just needed to learn how to deal with everything life throws at me.

You just continue to pick up on things that make you stronger. Like hard work, making yourself do things you don’t want to do, but do it anyways. You will always have hormones that will keep you with emotions you don’t want to have, but you may also have a really bad hormonal imbalance. A doctor can help you get your hormones in check. You also don’t let your emotions control what you do. Like if you are super sad and feel like not getting out of bed. Get out of bed and do something productive. I see you believe in God. This is all stuff God showed me, but one of the things God taught me was to not let your emotions control your actions, always strive to do better. When Jesus was stuck in the desert with no food. He was hungry. He could of took food from the devil and not been hungry, but instead he denied what the devil had for Him. The devil uses our emotions to keep us making bad decisions and doing God’s work, but we need to be able to suffer sometimes so we can become stronger and the devil doesn’t have control over us.

make sure you get enough sleep, good nutrition, exercise and be kind to yourself…

find someone you can trust (school counselor? relative?) to talk to about these things…

try not to make big decisions when you’re in a funk, take a step back and think on it…

and as “angels” says, keep going even when it is tough, try to get up and do something even if you don’t want to, because you’ll usually feel better after. try to keep a routine and stick to it most of the time.

As for your concentration start to make flash cards. Use them to study and learn new things, like if you want to know more about history put an historical event on one side and the on the other side put the date it took place. Continue to go through them until you remember all the flash cards and then make a new set. It stimulates your brain helping your memory and be able to take information in quicker helping you concentrate.

You’re welcome. If you strive to be happy, you will nip any depression in the butt. Depression causes a lot of the symptoms you said you have so get out of that funk. If you feel like you need help dealing with stuff usually a counselor or psychiatrist can teach you ways to deal. Above all stay strong!
