How do I get into the HRAP (Hometown Recruiter Assistance Program).?

I really want to participate in this program after my training is complete. I just can’t figure out how to sign up. Is it done in Reception?, or at AIT or through my recruiter.? Can someone tell me how to get in the HRAP. Pleeeaaassse.

When I started my service, they gave us the option after AIT if there wasn’t a desperate need for us to start our jobs. You should ask your supervisor about it.
