I can’t get on my account!

I know my email and password..but they dont work, and apparently my email has been deleted cause i cant get onto that either so i contact the customer support people who are just like its not on our system :(
How can i get back on my account?

Is it on help.com?

(Change it there: http://help.com/account/settings)
After done this enter your former account by using the link to a post/reply of an older e-mail-notification sent to your FORMER account.
That way you will enter into your former account where you should change the password (also on http://help.com/account/settings )

thing is my old account doesnt seem to exist anymore, i mean my hotail account which is linked to this…so ive just remade the thing cause its gone poof into thin air :/ which i think is why its not letting me log in, even though it says that my account is in use -.- but then if i did change my password and happen to have forgotten it i cant ecess the email account to then get it back so ive just remade the email account and suppose im going to have to remake my help.com account as it were with all my friends and such >. yes i did just swap accounts…
