Ok I am trying to play my game and when I hit continue

all it does is just stay in the loading screen and all my other games work fine any advice

uninstall the game and re install it, make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video cards and make sure that you have all the requirements needed to run the game, and i dont meand the minimal requirements
