My husband and son don’t get along.

There is no particular reason for that. My husband is caring and loving father, and my son is a good boy. Somehow he doesn’t care for his father. He is only 5 years old, and doesn’t want to spend any time with him alone; very rarely want to play with him, hug him or kiss him. I just can’t explain what is going on, but my husband is very frustrated and hurt, because he loves him so much. He says he loves some of our male friend more often than saying to his father that he loves him.
