Health Insurance benefit from parent to spouse?

I’m 18 years old, and I’m on my fathers insurance, which covers health, medical, dental, and much more. In theory, if I had married someone, would they get benefit from the insurance that I’m benefiting from, until the day I stop benefiting from it?

I would say that is unlikely; your father’s insurance covers himself and his child; not his child’s spouse.

If you need someone to get insurance; than your father could always adopt this person. Although assuming they are 18 as well she may not be eligible for adoption.

Insurance benefit from parent to spouse?

I’m 18 years old, and I’m on my fathers insurance. In theory, if I had married someone, would they get benefit from the insurance that I’m benefiting from, until the day I stop benefiting from it?
