Woke up feeling down

I wonder if its because i was up very late last night.
I don’t feel like doing anything! I have to go to work in 1 h– but i am thinking of skipping it, and just staying home. But I am afraid i will just be one tracked all day— is it better if i just go to work and see if i can get out of this state of mind?
