i am a laborer am i over worked or about right?

hello, i am a laborer and i dont know if i am being over worked or if they expect me to be working faster/harder

we are building walls.

i supply 2 builders with cement while they build it, i am also responsible for making sure there is enough stone, cement, sand for me and them to use also carrying breeze blocks when needed.

this is my first time i have worked in “construction” and i am unsure if it is right or wrong?

how many laboureres should 1 builder have? (i have to climb ladders to give them cement)

dont get me wrong i am not moaning or anything i am just curious to find out what other builders to see if i am under worked or over worked or about right. its just i walk past another building site and there is 2 people with around 5 laborers, this is why i wondered. but perhaps they have other responsibilities to.

It all depends on if you can easily keep up.
Or are the builders always saying “more cement”
and you have to run to keep up.
You should be kept busy but not stressed out.

i can keep up, sometimes they say “more cement” as i am gathering stones etc for them to use… its just i dont want them to think i am lazy or anything because i dont like it when people think i am lazy =[
