How to stop the shakes?

I start to get the shakes when I am really upset and sometimes when I am just a little upset and it feels like I can’t breathe right. I got some not so good news yesterday and I have been shaking, and it feels like I can’t breathe. I can wake up and I still feel it lightly. It’s strange. I want to cry but I don’t think that would help besides I have to go to work to here the bad news that they think I don’t know about yet. The sad thing is everyone will be happier that he is gone. Everyone but me. It’s so frustrating that everyone can’t see him the way I see him, or maybe I should see what they see I don’t know…

Just keep breathing slowly and deeply.
Your just worried.
Know that it will work out for the better.
Have faith that your soul knows best.

Its a panic attack. I used to do that too. Try to look at the bigger picture of your life and realize this too shall pass. It’s a fear reaction. Be strong and know that whatever happens is going to be used for a greater purpose you just can’t see right now :)
