Depends on what you did and how she took it.

Best way to find out is by asking her, because no matter what we say and think, it’s up to her.
Respect her wishes though.

You screwed up your second chance?

I would move on, and try to figure out why the hell you screwed up a second chance to make sure you don’t do silly things like that again
