I genuinely cant stop crying.

i dont know why. itd been like a month of crying, cant go drs because i dont think im ill. i just cry constantly.

Crying 24 hours a day is a big problem, you should seek medical attention immedietily, and if your speaking metaphorically then you should seriously consider going on anti-depressants.

I feel like that at times too
My world around me, just seems to be falling apart at the seems

illness doesn’t just encompass physical disease. You can be mentally ill as well.
A month of crying doesn’t sound mentally healthy. I’d see a therapist.

Have you tried a mental doctor ??
I’m on Pristiq, according to my pharmacist
I’ve been on all the anti depressants there are
didn’t work. There’s an over the counter vitamin called “SAMe”
They helped me for a while

Crying is such a good release of negative feelings, and a great form of therapy.
I can’t cry unless I’m absolutely devastated. Which really stinks, because it makes me feel crappy.
I wish I could take your tears. :-)
