What place is most in the past?

Like I know it’s June 19th in Asia and June 18th in America, but is there only these two days? Is there a place where it is June 17th or June 20th? I’m incredibly curious. Can there only be two days at once?

well since the earth takes 24 hours to rotate, i.e one day then there can only be 2 days possible

The place that still exists that is most is the past that you can see with your eyes is 2.3 million years ago.
