Hello

I use google chrome and i seem to be having problems viewing videos. I keep getting a message that my shockwave payer has crashed. I did the suggested advice by reinstalling and hard start on my computer but i am still getting the same problem. Help
Thank you

Could be several things. First things first: Make sure Chrome is up to date. Click on the wrench in the upper right hand corner and click on “About Chrome”, Chrome will automatically download the latest version of itself.

Then update your Shockwave Player. Go to Adobe website to do this.

An easier way to do this, and to make sure you have the other items on your system up to date is to download FileHippo update checker. It will scan your system and let you know what programs have available updates.

I use it myself and it is very handy.
