the words are not coming out!

!!

im in love with my bf of about 10 months! I’m sure of it and i want to let him know. and there is moments when i feel it in my chest like I’m full of air and happiness and just want to tell him how I’m feeling. but i physically can’t say the words “i love you”. i don’t care if he doesn’t say it back I want to tell him just so he knows how i feel. am i scared? what is it about? how can i get over it?

perhaps write an anonymous love letter to them, explaining how you feel in-depth. Then you only have to tell them it was you who wrote the letter and it’s not as much a big thing; to yourself anyway. You don’t have to say those impossible, cliched words…
