How can I send a letter from USA to another country?

I do not live in USA. I need to send PDF which will be printed, put in envelope and physically send by post office.

the same way you send any other mail. if it’s a package you’d need a customs form(which the post office will provide you), not sure if you’d need one for a regular letter/envelope(but if you do i’m sure they’ll tell you). make sure you have the whole address, as they tend to be longer from my experience. you can also go to their website(usps.com) and calculate postage cost. i’d double check there as well.

well then, someone in the US will have to do that obviously. a person/friend/perhaps you can pay someone to do this, there may even be online services who knows. i’m somewhat familiar w/ dhl and fedex, they won’t take your package to the USA and THEN mail it, they’ll want to do it directly. i’m sure you’ll find what you need if you look hard enough.
