You are probably not overweight at all. Most anorexics think that they are. You shouldn’t starve yourself. Treat your body right with nourishing food and some exercise. You should probably look into why you feel you have to starve yourself. That is the underlying issue, but I wouldn’t know why you feel how you feel about your body, so consider asking a professional. You should eat.
The minute you starve yourself is the minute you won’t lose any weught your body needs food, all i would do is take up some exercising maybe and just try to cut down a little bit on what you eat, I’m overweight and I’m on a diet it’s not easy but somehow I’m getting through it lol most days i feel like i’m banging my head against a brick wall
Just eat healthy and exercise! When you starve yourself, your body goes into starvation mode and it actually stores fat! So you’ll only be doing more harm than good. You can eat all you want, as long as it’s healthy. I’m currently on a diet, and sure, I’ve thought about starving myself, but I realized that it would just cause more problems than I already have. I know it’s hard, but in the end it will be totally worth it.
Not eating will cause you to bloat, and then you will really appear fat. If you want to lose weight do it the healthy way by maintaining a proper daily dietary meals and drinks. Lots of water, 3-4 meals a day, and about a half an hour of exercise.
You shouldn’t stop eating, the others who posted are right.
You should just start eating healthy foods and start working out.
If you move around a lot or flex your muscles - like while sitting at your desk or on the couch - you’ll burn a few more calories.
I understand. My boyfirend always finds fault with the way I look. First it was my weight, then I lost weight. Then I needed to tone up. Then I needed to get work donr to my nose. Its always something. I don’t even feel like I am worth it right now. I am so hideously ugly it hurts. I will always be alone.

Oh no! Don’t think that, it isn’t true. He sounds horrid. You deserve nice things, so please think nice things about yourself.
You are not fat! You are beautiful. Everyone is beautiful. Outer looks tend to fade with time, when someone really loves you, they look past all that. Starving yourself isn’t gonna help what it really happening. When others judge you, it is because they are shallow and have to put other people down to feel better about themselves. Don’t you dare let anyone make you feel like you are less. You are strong for just posting this for the world to see. You are beautiful to share what you are feeling. Never change yourself to make others happy.
