My computer is lagging with Diablo 3, help?

Processor:

AMD Pmenom(tm) II X4 830 Processor 2.80GHz

Installed memory (RAM):

6.00 GB (5.75 GB usable)

System type:

64-bit Operating System

I’m not sure how to tell that it is Quad Core, the person who sold it to me said it was :P

I’m using a widescreen monitor that ONLY lets you use widescreen settings, so yeah.

thay is a quad core processor … I use to use it a lot at one time …. but what motherboard … are you overclocking..?

A dedicated video card is almost a necessity for a modern pc game, you did not list one but you should have one. Look into your device manager and look under display adapter and tell what you have, theres a chance you just dont have enough juice there to run it alts not alhough d3 is not a hugely demanding game graphics wise it would still require a gpu from the last 3 years or so
