After reading the post and skimming through the clues in the thread, here is my interpretation.

First line:

probably ,There Is not that house that embrace

Ignoring the grammar and looking only at the idea being presented, this appears to suggest a place that does not welcome someone. To be embraced is to be welcomed. To be at a house that does not embrace is to be somewhere unwelcome. The ‘probably’ at the beginning means that the welcoming probably won’t be at any house.

Next line:

Perhaps ,there is not that State that embrace

Same interpretation, only with ’states’ instead of houses.

Third line:

Only cheap words that could embrace

People say they embrace (or welcome) but talk is cheap and not really worth much unless backed up by action.

Fourth line:

so where is her home and where is her country?

When ’she’ isn’t embraced or welcomed anywhere, where does she belong? Where should she go to belong and be embraced? Everyone says they embrace her but no one really does. Where does ’she’ go to truly belong?

Does she feel alone? Does she feel that no one really ‘embraces’ her or knows the real her? She feels apart from others; never truly embraced. She knows the words are hollow and she longs to be embraced, but isn’t.

Who is she?

Maybe she’s everyone who feels alienated by others. Maybe she’s everyone who feels alone in a crowd and wants to connect with someone else in a real, honest fashion but is afraid to.

Maybe I’m wrong.
