I am in Love with a married woman.

I have met the best person/friend I have ever known. I am 45 and have been out with quit a few women but I have never met anyone like her. She doesnt want to get divorced witch I understant cause I went threw it too. I am trying to move on from her, But I cant get her out of my head and heart. Thoughts.

Keep busy with something or someone else. If you catch yourself thinking of her, quickly create a mental image of her in bed with her husband to drive the distracting thoughts away.

Have you guys gone out together or is she intimate with you? Because if she is then think about how if she is doing this now while she is married to someone else, she could very easily do the same to you if you two were together.
