Morning sickness usually starts after 2-3 weeks, it is possible to be pregnant so if i were you i’d go first thing to a pharmacy and get a pregnancy test, if you get back the results than you can go from there, if it’s negative than it would be good to see a GP
let me know how things are going okay?

How long do I have to take a pregnancy test? If conception was just about two weeks ago or so…then can I get the results now?

do you know where I would buy one? I couldn’t find any wal mart.

and also…my boobs are sore, I have pains in my abdomen and back and neck, like tight and pressure pains, and I have no appetite. I haven’t eaten hardly anything in two days.

You can buy them in pharmacies, those sound like pregnancy symptoms but the more you believe you’re pregnant the more you generate symptoms so you can’t be sure until you get a test.

Just walk in to a pharmacy and buy one…no one is going to ask anything or say anything about it…besides even if you can find them anywhere else they might not be reliable.
